In searching for the keyword "Medicaid", I immediately found resources that will answer my questions on behalf of my 80 year old mother. The table of contents took me directly to the chapter that would answer my questions. I ran off several pages for us to consider.

This is great to hear, dlueb! I will offer one caveat--remember that there are no titles newer than 2006, so apply caution when dealing with time-sensitive material. In this case, the basics should be the same. I'm glad you found useful info and hope it makes your decision making easier.
